As spring moves in to summer the countryside builds to a crescendo of glorious colour – nectar flows from a multitude of different flowers in a variety of locations.

Each place, each plant produces an individual nectar and a subtly different honey. These honeys have naturally unique tastes, colours, textures and consistencies according to their source. At the Fine Honey Company, it is this delicate balance we seek to preserve.

Our honey comes from our own hives or those of other small scale bee keepers who are known to us and are committed to the same high standards. Our honey is all prepared by hand, using only traditional methods, to preserve the balance of flavours and properties which the bees have created.
